Cayuga Displays is investing in a large expansion — growing our capacity, creating job opportunities, and contributing to the local economy. Come take a look behind the scenes!
Our new, 57,000 sq.ft. facilities give us more space to work, adding more capacity and flexibility to our operations. Having all aspects of production under one roof is a game-changer — instead of moving components from one building to another everything is in one place.
We’ve also added a state-of-the-art painting booth to finish our wood display fixtures and are in the process of adding a powder line for metal finishing. This means we no longer have to outsource these services, saving you time and money.
Before the move, we were spread out over three buildings — one for the offices, one for wood and fixture production and a third for refrigeration and metal fabrication.
Being able to work together under one roof makes a big difference to our team. Not only do they get to know each other better, they no longer have to move heavy components from one building to another!
The new buildings were retrofitted to our specifications by MJRK Construction and KLS Engineering, with Ryan Schotsman and team designing the floor plan and overseeing each individual production cell.
We’re four years in on our ten-year goal toward growth and expansion. The new facility has helped us considerably, however, our plans include adding more production, making more investments and continuing to grow our workforce.
This means new job opportunities in the community and better service for our clients.
We want Cayuga Displays to be a viable alternative for companies seeking a smaller company that’s more responsive to their needs versus a large corporation that only cares about large opportunities.
